Features

How many 360° illustrations does the book have?

The Desktop version currently features 24 interactive 360° illustrations across 83 pages, though this may change with future updates. The tablet version includes the same number of 360° scenes but has slightly more pages. It’s truly a rich and immersive experience!

Are the 360° illustrations animated?

No, they are not, and that’s intentional. This is a book, and we want to encourage kids to use their imagination. Exploring the 360° scenes is an interactive and engaging experience in itself, and we don't want to turn it into a passive cartoon.

That said, we may consider adding extremely subtle movement in future updates, like a gently swaying leaf or Alice turning her head slightly, but nothing major.

Our goal is to preserve the essence of literature while enhancing the experience for kids. We’re walking a fine line and want to stay true to the original nature of books.

What are Dynamic Pages, and how many are there in the book?

Pages that don’t include 360° illustrations still offer unique, one-of-a-kind interactivity. We call these Dynamic Pages. For example, on some pages, you can click the “Gallery” button to animate the text and watch Alice emerge from behind the page and grow in size.

These dynamic features ensure that every page of the book is immersive, not just the 360° illustrations. The Desktop version includes approximately 55-60 additional Dynamic Pages, each designed to captivate and enhance the imagination.

Do children still need to read?

Absolutely! The 360° eBook format is designed to make classic literature more engaging, not replace reading. Children will still read the story, but with the added bonus of interactive 360° illustrations and dynamic pages that bring key moments to life.

These immersive visuals encourage exploration and make the reading experience more exciting, allowing kids to connect with the story in a deeper way. It’s all about making literature more enjoyable and accessible, helping kids rediscover the magic of reading while they explore and interact with the content.

Do the musical narrations cover entire chapters of the book?

No, the musical narrations are not full chapter narrations like an audiobook. Instead, they offer short, captivating snippets that complement the 360° illustrations.

These narrations give a taste of the story, enhancing the immersive experience and adding a unique layer of engagement. It’s a key part of the experience, but reading the full text is still essential. Sign up for the trial and experience it firsthand!

About the Web App Format

What is a Web App? How is it different from a native app?

360° Alice is available as a Web App.

Web Apps are websites displayed without the browser’s search bar or tabs, offering the look and feel of a native app with their own icon.

The setup takes about 5 seconds—just one or two clicks using your browser’s built-in feature. Follow our short video guides provided after sign-up to transform the website version of 360 Alice into a standalone app.

Web Apps require an internet connection but don’t take up storage space, need no large downloads or installations, and always run the latest version.

We also offer short video guides for the most popular browsers:
